I come in with fresh eyes— and decades of experience, to tell you what’s working, what’s getting in the way, what sounds good or not, what might be a distraction and what will truly make the greatest difference. I also am practical. I think, but I don’t overthink and I always remember the core reason behind why we started & why we do what we do.
